Great App, Set up is clear and easy, the products are good quality and from EUR brands only. The customer service is great and helped a lot. The tips to help to improve your business / e-commerce are nice and interesting. It is a great App and a great experience. The only issues (but important I think for an e-Commerce) are: - Same products from the same brands can be found online and physically at very competitive prices (sometimes cheaper than the buying price through Hertwill), it makes the pricing very difficult for my store - The delivery costs to most EUR countries are quite high.

Hertwill are easy to deal with and know their stuff. When I started this project, it was great to have advice and helpful tips from the Hertwill team. Very confidence inspiring. Only some minor bugs with the app, but they sorted it.
