This app has transformed our post-purchase strategy. It’s really intuitive and easy to extend the functionality of our thank you pages. We can even tailor the widgets and results to different customer segments. We are currently using the recommendations, survey and birthday widgets. The countdown timer on the recommendation is also really helpful. At just $9.99/month, it’s a no-brainer and should honestly be installed in any store by default.

There is a widget for entering the customer's birthday, but for overseas use, the format is day/month/year. I asked if it could also support the Japanese format (reverse), and they made the change within 4-5 days. Additionally, I requested a feature to modify the wording for quantity in the upsell suggestion widget, and they quickly made that possible as well.
 The UI/UX is extremely simple, making it super easy to use! The fact that it's not based on a usage fee is also awesome! I highly recommend this app.

Not good. Shows diffrent colors than the primary colors in the checkout. Also if you choose a collection to present to the costumers it will always show 3 products to all costumers, it dosen't swich products. Support not much of a help
