Patrick a été extrêmement réactif, répondant à ma demande en quelques minutes seulement. Non seulement il a résolu mon problème immédiatement, mais il a également pris le temps de créer une vidéo explicative pour m'aider à comprendre où se situait mon erreur et comment y remédier à l'avenir. Son attitude sympathique et le service client agréable ont été très appréciés.
