Add a returns page to your theme. Customers enter their order number and email, pick the items and choose a refund or an exchange for another size or colour of the same product, among the variants in stock. You review each request in your Shopify admin. Approved requests become native Shopify returns, so refunds and restocking stay where you manage them. Rules are set by country group: return fee (fixed or percentage), customer note, days to return, exchange and withdraw.
