Grapevine is an essential app for any stores looking to grow. Easy to set up, works perfectly, and very fair pricing. Not to mention they have a super attentive support team (huge shoutout to Stu!).

Really great experience with the app and the customer service. The app design and functionality is exactly what you would expect and goes straight to the point of providing a simple and intuitive interface for creating surveys. I really appreciate the seamless integration into the Shopify UI, which many apps are lacking. The customer service is exceptionally fast and the team immediately shipped a fix for a very small issue we where facing. A truly optimal support experience.

Stuart very quickly troubleshooted what was going on, and it turns out the issue was with something completely different. I highly recommend this app for the support alone. The app made things very easy to setup... the one issue we ran into was around reporting and the support team worked tirelessly with us to ensure that we had exactly the reporting that we need in both the platform and via custom events in GA. I've never had such positive experience with an app and developer.

Really great app for a very reasonable price compared to everything else available on the market! Helps us monitor NPS scores of customers very easily and use the data to improve our overall customer experience.
