App seems pretty good in my limited knowledge of SEO. Customer Support is AMAZING which makes up for limitations to the app. Note I have basic version.

They seem to have solved a critical issue like favicon image size and meta duplicate issue

the app is not super intuitively designed, but the customer support is STELLAR. The app scan found so many issues on my store. Every item I was unsure how to fix I simply pinged the customer support. So far, I have enjoyed that app. I have had it for a few weeks now and wish I knew what the other parts do. The SEO Audit is the only thing, and I had to find the short cut of fixing errors on my own. I am an older person and do not know the ins and outs. The reason it got 4 stars is because the customer service is nice, they do not offer any additional help than you ask for.

The customer service engagement is excellent and so much user friendly for even the beginner. One of the best SEO & Speed Optimizer app I can say.
