I had high expectations for Gogetters, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I upgraded to the Pro plan, expecting better synchronization with BigBuy, but the inventory updates were inaccurate and didn’t match BigBuy’s stock levels. One major issue is that you don’t get access to the DP, only the RRP , which can lead to significant price gaps. This makes it difficult to maintain competitive pricing. After just 3 hours of using the Pro plan, I realized it wasn’t what I needed and reached out to customer service to inquire about a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a response, which was frustrating. In the end, I decided to work directly with BigBuy, where everything is much more transparent and efficient. I’d advise others to be cautious before purchasing a paid plan the value it provides may not meet expectations.

Snelle reactie en zeer overzichtelijk programma. De klantenservice is altijd professioneel en behulpzaam. Ideaal voor iedereen die zijn bedrijf wil laten groeien met betrouwbare, lokale leveranciers. Zeker 5 sterren waard!

Gogetters helpt ons bedrijf bij het automatiseren van belangrijke processen. De app werkt erg fijn en de support is uitmuntend. Ik gebruik de app nu al meer dan een jaar en ik ben erg tevreden! Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.

Ik heb veel problemen ervaren met het importeren van de producten. Dergelijke problemen doen zich niet voor als je rechtstreeks vanuit BigBuy of VidaXL importeert. Dit heeft me helaas 250 euro gekost. De medewerker van de klantenservice leek zelf ook niet te begrijpen wat er aan de hand was. Het spijt me, maar ik ben erg gefrustreerd. Ik heb hier dagenlang aan gewerkt zonder resultaat. Uiteindelijk heb ik besloten de software te deïnstalleren en het verlies te accepteren.

Too expensive for the kind of service they offer. Tey cover EUR120 just to select the products from the supplyer we choose and you also have to pay the suplier, so is min EUR150 just for you can have access to the products. I pay for VidaXL, so to I can import they products I must have to pay this EUR90 fee plus EUR30 month. And don't be fooled by the free plan, since you can't import any products from your supplier, you have to sign up to the paid plan in order to have access to the stock of products and send them to your store.

GOGETTERS application has helped us tremendously in building our www.topsara.sk brand. The biggest advantage compared to their competition is that the application automatically created all product categories for us, saving us hundreds of hours of work. I definitely appreciate the reliability of data transfer to dropshipping suppliers. Before, we tried x applications, but almost every one had a problem with product synchronization... It's terrible when you can't rely on an app you're paying for. I definitely recommend GOGETTERS if you're considering dropshipping. Normaal schrijf ik nooit reviews, maar dit verdient een review. Ik heb contact gehad met Bob over het instellen van mijn account en nog wat andere vragen, hier wordt altijd snel op gereageerd. Ook over de software zelf heb ik niks aan te merken, top software ga zo door!
