I highly recommend the support that GLO apps provide. I had a problem with my shopify website. Shopify couldn't help so they suggested I reach out to Globo directly. I wanted to add upselling widgets to my store and have been using other Globo apps on my Shopify store already so I went with this one. I had some issues applying the right settings and view to my store but the Globo support team were quick to help and even helped me apply the code to the backend, as well as customising some formatting to match the rest of the typeset and branding on my site.

hoped for more customizable options like colours, image size etc but i am on the free version the chat was really helpful, removed the watermark within seconds and very friendly!
