Overall, Alhena / Gleen is a good chatbot : it provides answers quickly, in a good readable format. It is easy to answer chats, it is easy to train the chatbot. Everything is straight to the point. We had to contact customer support regarding a small issue. Alhena customer support really helped us quickly. Their customer support is very effective!

This AI is not like the usual, it will memorize your store and answer customer questions based on your actual store. It is very informative and so far I have only had a couple of glitches which I have reached out to the support team and had very helpful friendly staff take care of my issues immediately. Highly recommend trying the free version first if you are a small business.

Perfect application! I use it for my customer service, it is perfect! Installing is easy, program the bot is ease it is great. I did not have any experience with ai or program thing but it wasn’t necessary at all. I use the application for my chat, I used live chat but I switched to this bot because this bot never sleeps, gives quicker and accurate answer then me. It is the perfect solution, for real try it out!
