I had high hopes for this app, however ever since we have started using it there have been several issues. The biggest let down is that it is not compatible with Shop Pay. We cannot delete Shop Pay as 40% of our customers use it to speed up the checkout process. So we may not continue to use Gift Reggie in the future, unless they make it work with Shop Pay.

The help of the gift reggie team was very good, they are very kind, patient and fast when solving issues!
