got a bulk order and it doesn't work with shopify store. Can't scan them in. I've sent multiple emails and tried to get support and have yet to hear back. it's been a week.

This is an amazing program. Very easy to install and use. Another big plus is the service...absolutely fantastic. We have a big customer and needed a bit of help with a giant order and they responded quickly and sent videos showing exactly what we needed to do...multiple times. I'd give 6 stars.

Easy to use and customizable integration with my Shopify store. As an added bonus, their support staff is incredibly helpful and even helped find better ways for us to handle our rendering of our gift cards. Highly recommend this app!

This app has been so helpful on our site! We didn't offer online gift cards for a while because the built-in Shopify product just didn't make sense for customers.
