very complicated to use, zero support , they never answer you !! ok a NEW UPDATE to this review !! so not only they replied to my email weeks after i sent the email , now they are saying they sent multiple emails and thats not true ,,, i am not a person who usually leave bad reviews but some respect to us and for our time !!!

Τhe App translator is problematical. It's AI translator translates non logical. For example, instead or "Recently viewed" it translates "Did you see? Recently" then we need time to find out how to override App's translation manually and when we do manually correct the translation, we see the fault translation doesn't go away. So faulty App and takes our time also. Another example, instead of "You can also like" translates like "Can to your like also" !

There are bugs when using it. It cannot be saved according to the established settings. It keeps reporting errors. It is a very bad experience. I consulted customer service for help, but no one helped and no one replied. I would rather spend money to solve the problem than have problems when using it for free. Update: This is absolutely rubbish. After I shared my actual usage review, they blocked my access. Luckily, I had changed the settings before, otherwise this wouldn't have fixed the issue. I've never used such a heartless plugin before. They don't solve the problem, they only solve the problem for the person who raised it.

This app is quite confusing. At first glance, it appears to be free, but most of the features are only accessible if you sign up for a loyalty program — which is apparently free as well. We decided not to enrol in the program and just give the app a try, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for us.
