This is such an awesome concept and it would work perfectly if it allowed multiple quantities. But it doesn't. I had someone place an order for 2 of the same product and it came across to Shopify as only 1. And she had to write in and complain and I had to fix it and this cost us extra shipping and fulfillment expenses. Unfortunately, the listed support email never gets back to you.

It does what it needed to do from a single product order, but when it comes to subscription-based orders it doesn't recognize them and doesn't add them in as a product on the order. If this part was fixed I would give it a 5 star because it does everything I need outside of that. The support email doesn't work either though and the other email listed below never responded to me. I would love it if someone in customer service reached out and got back to me. I would gladly update my review if this could be resolved.
