Fulfil.io provides a solid overview of our inventory, covering purchases, manufacturing, and shipments, and is especially helpful for companies with multiple warehouses. Its visibility into stock movement is essential for improving forecasting and understanding demand. Customizing processes was straightforward, though there’s room for improvement in some areas. The support team is professional, responsive, and quick to resolve issues, and having an account manager check in monthly helps us stay on top of challenges. However, the integration with our first warehouse wasn’t native, causing some initial issues, and the accounting features need improvement as essential reports are either missing or outdated. The help center also needs more comprehensiveness, as we sometimes struggle to find answers. The best and the main reason we are using Fulfil is to keep track of inventory movements and costs, especially COGS. They are evolving well with client feedback. If they continue addressing flagged areas, they’ll be top-tier.
