Lakeline Design is more than just right, that was a total money grab technique. Yet.. The app works really good, you can design beautiful pages without wasting time on coding; support is always there even if they're not replying immediately.

After using the app and the minimog theme for a week, I can assure you that this is one of the best themes and page builders out there, easy to use when you understand the logic behind it, and even if you stumble upon anything that you can't do or find in the documentation, their support is more than happy to help you. Kudos to Zuri and Brian and the whole team <3

I usually don’t take the time to leave review, but the exceptional support I received from the Foxify team, especially Brian, truly deserves it.

I love the app, the interface is clean and easy to use. But it can be a little glitchy and tech support is impossible to reach during normal hours for anyone working in the United States. Plan on waiting 2 days to resolve any issue, because the first response will be someone asking you what the problem is and what app you're using (even if you specify which app and exactly what the issue is in your first message to tech support). If I could resolve any issues in less than 48 hours, I'd give this app 5 stars. But I can't in good conscience give it more than 3 for now, since it's taken me weeks to design my first page, only because of how long it takes to get answers that aren't in the app's documentation. Great app with decent tech support but ultimately inefficient because of communication lag.

Overall the platform is user-friendly and I am really happy with the results for my website. I did experience some major tech issues that negatively affected my website when I uploaded a collection page, but their support was able to fix it.
