Customer service is among the worst sadly, my app stop working on 2 of my platforms, they are connected and all looks fine both in Fortnox and Uniwin, but nothing is being sent to Fortnox. Have contacted support several times during a week but no support, very hard to keep this app when we have 200 orders per month and no service.

App works very well and syncs correctly. Great support, quick to fix bugs and adding new features upon requests.

Lite knepig att få igång så att det är helt rätt. Supporten är bra och snabb att återkoppla. Dock endast tillgänglig via initialt e-mejl, men dom sätter upp ett videosamtal och hjälper till.

Great support service by Priya that answered many of my strange questions and very good knowledge in both how Fortnox works and how Shopify works. Very helpful and saves as a lot of work. Thank you very much.

Very good help and solved all the problems I had. I recommend having a phone call with them they help much faster and easier then and everything works for me after I had a lot of sync problems. I thank you once again for all your help

Enkel och bra app som synkar order från Shopify till Fortnox. Går att göra en hel del inställningar när det gäller exakt vad som skall synkas. Superbra engelsk support som återkopplar snabbt och som snabbt löst eventuella problem jag haft med synkningen.
