Form Builder is easy to use and has always worked well. We recently had an issue arise with our forms not redirecting to the Thank you page after submission, and the customer service team fixed the issue immediately. Good, reliable product.

This app is loaded with features. However, it has the ugliest looking form I have ever seen on the internet. They don't have instant chat for assistance.
