This app is more expensive ($399/month) than my old one ($149/month) and not as good. It's harder to use, and I've had problems with inventory incorrectly syncing to zero, unpublishing my products. I wish there was a cheaper plan without order/shipping automation features for businesses that don't need those. I'm thinking of switching to a simpler, inventory-only syncing app because this one isn't worth the high price.

Can't recommend at all. You're forced into a one-year contract. The tool is obviously not made for Shopify and therefore a lot of features cause more problems than they solve. The tools is not self-explaining and the documentaion very weak. We have to open tickets every week to fix some basic features like price synchronization. The support you will receive is poor and they do not address issues e.g. with pricing with the urgency you would expect as a client.

We've had a terrible experience, including unresponsive support and continual over-billing. Their implementation team screwed up our implementation, then refused to refund overages due to their misconfigurations. It's been a nightmare.

Brian, our onboarding specialist, held our hand every step of the way and the team has done a great job of coming up with solutions for some of our unique use cases. It's been well over a year now and we continue to come up with new ways to help make our operations team jobs just a little easier!

We use this app to help us align all of our sales channels products and inventory and to automate our workflow. It can be intimidating at first, but once you go through the training, and work with the support team, things become much clearer. I highly recommend doing the onboarding process. I wouldn't know what I was doing without it.

I have been using Flxpoint for about 2 years now. Its a great system that has helped me scale my operations while limiting my overhead by way of automation. If you are serious about automating your order processing this is the way to go.

We have been using Flxpoint since almost a year. It allows to manage catalogs on several sales channels and manage orders and fulfillment in an impeccable .We tried several platforms to sell on market places and this is definitely the one that gives you more control on the whole life of an orders. They have 24/7 competent customers services and with technical team based in the US. We have a pretty complicate setup but flxpoint made it easy and it is a major time saver.

We just started using Flxpoint over a month. It was very difficult and intimidating at first, but once you let the team explain the process and you spend some time reviewing the courses/classes, it becomes clear. We still are not fully automated, but we are getting there. I love the inventory syncing capabilities that serve 2 of our shopify stores and our Amazon store, from all of our vendors source feeds. I do wish they offered a service to completely set up what our business needs rather then teach it to us. Time is important and limited when running a business that needs automation.
