We submitted a request to include the subject line field in the email template (on a paid plan), and the team implemented the update within 24 hours. The support was excellent, and the tool provides a valuable extension to Shopify's Flow app, enabling transactional emails to be sent directly to customers.

App works well, and the team is extremely responsive. I had an issue that was resolved within 5 minutes. When I had a separate question, they explained via email and also offered to have a call to walk me through the issue.
