J'avais un souci avec l'application. Au moment de télécharger les images la page du site se figait et il n'était plus possible d'agir. J'ai contacté leur service d'aide et en moins de 15min le souci était réglé. Ils ont tout fait eux-mêmes en accédant à mon site. Bravo pour la réactivité ! Anna helped me with an issue where I thought Uploadly was conflicting with another personalization app by a supplier Im using, but turns out I was targeting that collection in error and Anna was able to help me promptly and very quickly. Customer support so far is great. Haven't had other errors with the app so far.

Amazing plugin if you want to enable file uploads with your order. Great support as well. We needed some changes to the layout of the file upload dialog which the devs sorted out for us in no time. Thanks for the quality service!

Fast and super efficient to resolve an issue I was having - can't say enough great things!

My store had an old, not so easy to use theme installed and i was having trouble incorporating this app. I reached out to support and in less than a few hours (Keep in mind i went to sleep for about 7 hours) woke up and had this issue resolved. Support was extremely prompt with responses and helped me get everything i needed from this app.
