Fabrikator is such a great app! So much information at your fingertips and it makes re-ordering really easy. The Fabrikator team have been so helpful whenever we needed them, really going out of their way to make sure we were happy which has been wonderful.

We started our free trial with Fabrikator to determine if it could help address some of the challenges we were facing. One of our main issues was accurately forecasting consumer demand to prevent stock shortages and avoid losing sales. Collecting and analyzing sales data is incredibly time-consuming, and once orders were placed, managing inventory efficiently became even more complicated. It is really helpful that you can import your PO's and then those incoming qtys are taken in to account. Historically this has always been a manual process which is much more time consuming looking through orders to check if something is on order. Initially I had a video call with Egemen which was incredibly helpful. Since then he has provided us with continuous support, guiding us through the process of getting all of our information into the app. This has allowed us to fully explore the potential benefits of Fabrikator, and we’re excited to see how it continues to streamline our operations and improve our inventory management.

I have used previous apps before that try to offer similar solutions but I am left still with uncertainty due to poor reporting and design. Fabrikator meets and exceeds all my expectations. It's been a great app so far as it does its core functionalities well and fast. We have thousands of SKUs so that means a lot to us not to have to wait on spinning wheels of loading death. Also, I actually like their AI help bot a ton. It enables you to get simple questions answered fast and always gives an option to talk to a person right away without hassle. I love using that AI bot instead of searching an article database and then having to scroll and try and find the answer to what I need. On top of that their support team is awesome. I get a response back pretty quickly and even on the weekends sometimes. On top of that!! they are super receptive to feature suggestions. A requested filter here and different report there or a explanation how that functionality already exists. It's really refreshing and makes you a fan of the company and just root for it. I highly recommend Fabrikator as your inventory assistant!

A great app for all shops that offer many SKUs and for whom it has been a challenge, as it has been for us, to have all products in stock in the "right" quantity and, of course, to reorder them in good time. Fabrikatör is a really great support for the entire process. From analysing and generating a PO to posting the reordered goods. The service provided by the team is also excellent. The product launch and onboarding process is well supported. I have rarely experienced such a dedicated support team. Thank you very much.

Switched over from using multiple apps like Cogsy and Anvyl to using this as a more effective way to manage inventory and demand planning. Excited for the new features they plan to roll out soon along with the Amazon integration. The pre-order functionality is a unique and valuable feature that could have saved us a lot of trouble and lost revenue had we had it in use for previous out of stock issues. The team has been great to work with and made the onboarding process very easy.

Been using app for a couple months now. We moved from an onsite warehouse to offsite. So, we no longer had our inventory "in the line of sight" which is how we were managing purchases. Running on over 1,000 SKUs. We are still getting used to some of the functions - but so far the Replenishment function is becoming my critical resource for forecasting and ordering. The app could do a little better at explaining their definitions in the forecasting but it just takes some getting used to. Integrated POs are also crucial. The one thing to make it perfect would be integrating feedback to Shopify on the cost of the item so that would give us accurate margin analysis. But it has everything else we need. Support has been good. Questions are answered within a day (we are in the US, they are overseas so that is part of the reason). Some of our suggestions on usability enhancements have already made it into the app. Overall, solid app for those who have a need for forecasting over a medium to large inventory volume.
