When using this app, a 'Subscription' icon appears on product cards on the homepage, and there's no way to remove it. I emailed customer support but got no response. I had no choice but to uninstall the app, and ended up losing $6...

Very good app that works ever time. Extremely good support. Answer quickly and deals with whatever I ask them. For instance, the quantity box turned out bigger than usual. They fixed this right away.

It doesn't work with any product that has variants. I sent them an email with the exact bit of code that just needs to be added to their pre-order button (which should be something I can add myself in the custom CSS settings), but they refused, and told me I should change my theme to one of their approved themes. I mean, obviously I'm not going to change our entire store's theme to get their simple app to work... that's a given. But I was shocked at their response. I have been using Shopify apps for ten years (maybe more?) and I am always delighted at the responses I get from other app developers, who are more than happy to tweak a bit of code to get their app working for you. Not these guys! They just don't care. What a silly app - I think I will just go in and write a bit of liquid code to change the button name to 'pre-order' if the product is tagged as a pre-order, then click the button for shopify to keep selling when the item is out of stock. This should be simple enough, and then I don't have to pay EZ PreOrder $$ every month for their lazy attitude.

The base subscription let me do everything I needed to do, but the middle tier packs a punch with amazing bulk management. The functionality ticked A LOT of boxes. - ability to set specific items to be pre-orders - ability to change "add to cart" button text for pre-orders - show a special message above the buy button for pre-orders (can be customized on a per item basis or managed in bulk) - ability to choose when to dynamically turn something into a pre-order, i.e. only after stock hits 0 - ability to show a pre-order badge on collection grid thumbnails - ability to visually customize the the badge - preorders auto tagged with "preorder"

Really decent app. Easy to set up, easy to use, no complaints. Might even upgrade to the full version if the whole pre-order thing works for us
