Promptly integrated a new feature to sync which has made it easier to sync new variants without having to redo lots of work. The only reason for 1 less star is because the glitch caused initially is still undetermined to why it happened which cost us many hours to fix. Regardless, it is now rectified and we appreciate the support and attention to detail. The app looks great on the storefront, and customers immediately understood how to place preorders no confusion, no extra work. What really impressed me was how easy it made communication between my team and customers everyone stays on the same page without manual follow-ups.

Stopped working, very buggy, many issues, after a year of using, i've finally had to give up as just doesn't work anymore. I set the variants I want for pre order, but instead it changes every vairant on that product even though those variants aren't in their list, is the most recent issue, this app has issues time and time again, save time and stress and just go for another.
