Description

Automatically request photo verification from customers after orders placed online.

This app will automatically request verifications from customers based on some rules you decide after they place their orders. You can either make it request photo verification from customers (picture of their government-issued ID) only when orders have shipping and billing addresses that don't match, or you can make it request verification on all orders. Once verification has been submitted, admins can decide how to continue. Great for age verification or reducing fraudulent orders!

We have been using this app for several days to test its capabilities. We were skeptical at first if the customers will verify themselves however we've found out 90% of our customer comply and sent in their verification. This app saved us the legwork for this upcoming holiday sales. For those that did not send in their verification, we do the same business routine and contact them so 10% of the work is better than 100%. We would rate this app a 10 STARS and highly recommend....
