I had been searching for an app to promote my affiliate links on shopify. I was so excited when I found this, but when I opened the app, there was an error message. I contacted customer support and after working diligently on it, they fixed it right away. I ran into another small error down the road and immediately they fixed that for me as well. They also added the code for me without me even asking. I cannot praise the support team enough for their amazing customer support! I'm excited to actually use the app and promote my affiliate links! Couldn't find anything out there like this!!!

I reached out to the devs because there was a liquid issue with some random code appearing. I sent this request at around 8pm at night. 6am next day it was resolved with an email in my inbox saying they had fixed the issue. This is insane speed and I really love how on top of it they were. 100% RECOMMEND this app and the guys here at Outlink App are really top notch. The product itself has always been extremely good and never had any problems.

I had an interesting experience with this product. It was quite frustrating that the app was difficult to set up, and that it requires coding from the purchaser. As well, the fact that it requires a special setup for drafts is not ideal. Most people, I feel, would want to test a product out before it goes live in a store. However, the service has been exceptional. I planned to cancel my subscription, but customer service got back to me in 5 minutes and solved all of my problems in the next 15 minutes. So that is what kept me on the plan.

Had a Server Error, but Rupali from Support helped clear this and regularly updated me. Thanks so much!

Support is non existent. No response for my email query (checked my spam as well). Cutting my losses ($25) and uninstalling the app.

I can NOT get a hold of ANY support - I have used the contact form in Shopify app store AND emailed - zero replies. And now their code is breaking our Shopify product theme template. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!! Shopify Team - Please do something ASAP!!!!!!! UPDATE TO YOUR OUTLINK REPLY: WE HAVE EMAILED THAT EMAIL ADDRESS ALREADY!!!!! CHECK!!!! (STILL NO REPLY 10 APRIL 2025) TERRIBLE - you want me to remove this remove this bad review? Then very simple - just reply and solve support the customer ticket! update 12/04/25 - you are not blocked - please provide support phone number with international country code so we can call you to resolve ASAP!!!!

Wasn't great originally, we'd bought the App and I wasn't seeing the code on the site required to complete the integration guide. I used their support link to raise a case, however the reply said I'm restricted from using their helpdesk and it didn't work. So I emailed them using the email address given, sadly no reply came back further to my request for help. The next day the functionality was working on the site, so I don't know what happened or who fixed it.

I upgraded my theme and broke the Outlink button and support fixed it for me quickly and efficiently..... the button works great for my affiliate links and it's easy to use.

Great customer service! Helped me resolve my issues and concerns in a timely manner. Very pleased with this product service.
