app has been installed on a test site since 4/2023 - 6 months - sync between etsy, shopify, ebay works fine. Depop and Poshmark site integrstion have been tragic failures forcing the site shut down, removal of software from site integration while trsgicslly having noncustomer sergice response for 5 daya. Dashboard is easy to navigate etc. not as easy to have specific product details transer as compared to other apps. app setup with depop and poshmark. 3 times in 6 months it has created 2x or 3x duplicates with duplicate sku on poshmark. depop disconnects on average once a week. twice in 6 months depop created 2x duplicates. not reliable for poshmark or depop despite advertisement. customer support is overseas. expect 24 to 2 hours for response. typical response is "will get a ticket open". 3 longest solved tickes were open 6 weeks, 3 weeks, and 3 weeks. connection with google, meta, amazon is all found easier with other apps. without the depop and poshmark features working consistently (we had to shut down sites or "vacation" sites to do repairs due to eys issues) without depop and poshmark working smooth, there are better apps for just ebay and etsy sync to shopify. if they fix the depop and poshmark issues then could be worth considering. despite surveys as of 10/30 there is no progess on Bonanza, Offer Up, Mercari, Grailed, Vestiare, Real Real and others. Plantform participants have been clamoring for several of these for 6 months with no expansion due to current "bugs" consuming time. Once support is given for adding apps, will be worth looking at again. we have started a migration away from EYS on our test site due to the failures and challenges.
