It used to be great, but they rolled out a new version that's incredibly buggy and changed how it works on the cart page. Never been fixed. Looking for a replacement app now.

Great app for what you need it for in terms of easy upselling yet what's better is the support. They were there the entire way helping to correct anything that the theme might have interfered with or if there was a conflict with the app. Very responsive with their emails and even jumped on a quick call so I could better explain it further. The app is good, but the service is even better. If you have an issue, they will most certainly work to resolve it. We had a mistake in the way we had things configured and they were very kind to assist and even booked a video call to clarify things.

Used this app to add a gift note upsell at checkout. Looks great. Works fantastically! The team got back to me in minutes at odd times in the morning and did a special request for me to redirect to a product page rather than adding straight to basket! Kemi specifically has been a hero.
