Show the lowest price in the last 30 days that EU price-reduction rules ask for, calculated per member state.

EU price-reduction rules ask stores to show the lowest price in the last 30 days. This app calculates it per member state instead of one generic rule, detects when a displayed discount percent does not match the true 30-day low (CJEU C-330/23), and exports price history as audit evidence. Webhook-based: no crawling, no AI, no orders or customer data.
