I've been experiencing some issues with syncing from shopify to etsy and also uploading new products for syncing across. I went onto chat and Pratik picked up my message for help. What can I say!! Pratik went above and beyond to help me. I'm not too bad with technology but only on things that I need to know. Pratik set up a google meeting and helped me to share my screen. He then went through each issue I have been getting, resolving each one, giving me clear instruction. If there was more Pratik's in the world, we all would be much happier. This app is an absolute game changer. If you trade on both Etsy and Shopify you must have this app. The time saved not having to add listings is priceless. So far the app is working as needed. Unfortunately Etsy is a pain in the A$$ and doesn't allow many things and is very stingy creating extra work to copy address and tracking numbers and manually having to complete orders on etsy side.
