I have not been using the app long, but I have been impressed with support. I have had a couple of problems as you might expect with any new app, but both were resolved very painless.

Ik gebruik deze app nog maar pas maar ik vind hem heel duidelijk en ik kan er heel goed mee zelf aan de slag. Toch liep ik ergens tegen aan. Op de chat werd ik onmiddelijk vriendelijk geholpen door Hem. Ik heb direct antwoord gekregen en kan dus gelijk weer verder met mijn werk. Nergens heb ik ooit zo snel antwoord gekregen van een Helpdesk. Ik kan de app tot nu toe zeker aanbevelen.
