Customer service has been great after I had a few starter questions. Sync is incredibly fast and it is lovely to not have to format insanely large spreadsheets.

I am new to this app, but so far it's doing everything that I need it to. I've been looking for something to help sync inventory from the Shopify end with my Etsy store. The fact that I can upload product is a huge bonus. It's super user friendly. I also used their customer support on Day 1 to get clarification on some questions I had. They were super quick to reply and were able to take care of the one issue I was having. So far I am thrilled to have found this integration!
