New to the app and needed help with the product not uploading to Etsy. This review is based on the customer service received. Was helped by Patrik. I am still reviewing the app, but the customer service was on point for my issue.

I was able to get a live person in the chat in a relatively short period of time. They were able to locate the problem and provide me with the solution within a short period of time.

Fantastic person that handled my issues perfectly. Krishna, showed empathy, knowledge and expertise in dealing with all my problematic issues. I do hope that this support that Krishna has showed will be consistent with other representatives.
