Right out of the box, Essential Loyalty & Rewards Program works flawlessly, proving to be intuitive and highly effective at driving repeat business. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the world-class customer support. I recently had to migrate from another loyalty platform, and a team member was instrumental in making the transition seamless and painless. That level of hands-on help and dedication is incredibly rare and greatly appreciated. The app is already great, but to make it the absolute best on the market, I have a few suggestions for future features that I believe would significantly enhance customer motivation and conversion: Point Expiration Feature: Implementing a points expiration period would be a powerful tool for encouraging immediate action, motivating customers to place a follow-up order before their earned points lapse. In-Cart/Checkout Redemption Widget: A visible, interactive widget during the cart or checkout process, showing a customer's current point balance and allowing for direct redemption, would be a huge incentive to complete the purchase right then and there. This app is highly recommended for building strong customer loyalty. I initially rated this 4 stars while awaiting these enhancements, but the incredible support team reached out personally to confirm that Point Expiration is already on their development roadmap and In-Cart Redemption is actively being discussed and planned. This proactive communication and commitment from the developers is outstanding. Based on the exceptional customer service and the clear plan for future enhancements, I'm confidently updating my rating to 5 stars. It's an essential addition to any Shopify store!

Really good app!! Lets you reward your frequent customers with discounts and custom prizes!! Dev team has been very helpful and quick on helping me out! If you're looking for loyalty programs, offer customers monthly subscriptions or perhaps give a discount after spending certain amount on an order for the next purchase then this will be the perfect app for you!

The support team is fast, efficient and very helpful. I highly suggest you try this app. I do in home parties and the women are always excited to see how fast they accumulate points that they can redeem for rewards. It definitely encourages repeat business and loyalty.

So far the app is excellent. We have been using it for a bit and the clients love it. Great app for rewards!!! One thoing I will mention though as this is a new app and growing. Having options to see all the clients in specific tiers would be awesome. Right now we do by calculating the points but a click button would be nice. Looking forward to the updates on this app! We have evaluated many Loyalty apps, but when we learned that Essential had launched its Loyalty app, we immediately installed it because it had all the features we were looking for. We had previously used one of the Essential apps, so we were confident about the customer service and the robustness of the app. It proved to be right, offering seamless integration, allowing us to launch our loyalty program in just two days thanks to support from Sebastian. We were told that multi currency and analytics features are still under development, we are sure they will be completed in the next release. Highly recommended for e-commerce stores like ours.

Absolutely devastated! I spend days working on my rewards program with customising it to my store. They have issues in the app where any changes you make with adding custom images and removing/adding sections don't update on the store. I contacted support and they advised that you have delete and readd the block for it to update. The support person had access to my store and when I got back from dinner they had deleted all my days' work of customising my page and I don't remember everything I did as it isn't an easy app to navigate. They didn't create a copy of the store so I have lost everything and have to redo it all again. Gutted!

Easy and great application. Now I can reward my customers with points and discounts based on VIP levels. I had some questions that needs some explanations and clarification, Sebastian was there to answer them all. He made my job easier because of his support. Thanks a lot.

I'm glad I found an app that was in there begin stages. Love to make a business grow (also mine hehe). I did everything what they asked and set up the program. I didn't see where I could log in because it wasn't showing in the menu. I contacted support and they immidiatly helped me out with a video from my own store. The only problem I see is I can't get the language right but I hope they will fix it later. Thank you for this, love it and I hope my customers to.

Great app, get in there while it's free! Very clean interface, simple to use with lots of great guidance on best practices and fast support. They even customised the font for us in a matter of minutes. Customers love it, highly recommended!

The UI is clean, the point system works well, and it integrates seamlessly with Shopify. We especially appreciated the ability to customize visuals and create a branded rewards page that aligns with our campaign aesthetics. Some advanced features are locked behind a paid plan, but the free tier is more than enough for early-stage brands. Highly recommended for merchants who want to build a premium loyalty ecosystem without needing code.

Pretty easy to set up, so far we haven't had any issues. I love how clean the UI is too. Some things I'd like to see in the future could be further customisation on tiers and maybe adding an incentive after x amount of orders, but everything is really smooth

Some features haven't been built out yet which I hope will come along (searching members by first AND last name; sorting members by number of points or orders; seeing more Member Activity history than the 7 most recent events; hard to identify/view members' points redemption events). Overall though this app was easy to integrate and support was helpful in addressing a bug I experienced at the start.
