Great app! Easy to use. Has no live chat support but the email support reply is quick enough to not feel the lack of live chat. The team is great and knowledgeable. The app provides enough customisations to match your website look and is easy to implement/change. We appreciate the support and kindness shown by the team.

Very easy to use and set up! We have just launched our first countdown banner and we are excited to see reporting / results. I do wish there was more internal flexibility on the client side to manipulate the design rather than requesting support every time, but glad to hear that they are working on updating the app so that a client user can do just that! Support is very fast in response, incredibly helpful, and I really appreciate all of their help.

I have just installed the Essential Countdown Timer Bar app and so far I am very impressed with it. Easy to setup and when I needed a custom alteration to my layout I reached out to their support team who responded very quickly and Sebastian sorted it out for me straight away!
