As a person new to using SMS marketing I wasn’t sure what to look for. Emotive knows what they are doing to help small businesses, they are a full service provider, organized, helpful with strategy and listen to my requests. I recommend this team.

If I could give them a -10000 Star I would! I am a 50Million Dollar Brand and this company is attempting to steal my list and my short code phone number. They lied to get me on there platform and did not have the integrations and the insights that are up to date. When i said I wanted to leave they told me I had to pay 50K or they would keep my list of over 200K subsciber's that I have spent Millions of dollars over the years to build! They also refused to take there pop up off of my website! I dealt directly with the owner. I have been asking for my list for over 60 days and they refuse to give it to me then shit my services down. Non of this was in the contract and they are breaching the contact in many ways. They have not heard the last of me

There are SMS platforms that send broadcast messages (a la email blasts), and then there are Conversational Messaging apps like Emotive. It has changed our business and provides a consistent 35X ROI! Create new connections with your shoppers, and take your revenue to new heights. We love Emotive!

Emotive is great if you're looking to really hone in on SMS. They have all the features built out to get high ROI from your messages, and the support team to help you do so. That's all you can ask for in an SMS platform imo. The monthly bill can get pricey if you're not conscious about how many credits you're sending each time, but that's with any SMS service.

It was great working with Emotive. 10/10 for their sales pitch, and 10/10 for their customer support. I've worked with competitor SMS marketing software before but no one can beat Emotive's customer support experience. Overall when it comes to numbers, SMS marketing has been the big thing for us in 2024, and Emotive's popup and pixel surely helped a great deal in that. They actually care about your growth.

Emotive has been instrumental in increasing my bottom line at glo luxury oils. Initially, I was hesitant to invest $200+/mo but after the first SMS campaign, the ROI was 5x and it keeps increasing to my surprise each and every time I use it. The support team, Nikki and JC have been so helpful in creating campaigns and segments for me during busy seasons. The set up was a breeze as they held my hand through the entire process. Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), & an intuitive user interface. When Emotive created its own pop-up for gathering phone numbers and email addresses from customers, JC and the support team took care of the entire migration for us. This is definitely a good option for businesses using SMS marketing. I was disappointed that they don't use their Attribution software for more accurate analytics on the SMS side.

We have been using Emotive for our SMS campaigns for over two years. They are a great company to work with and their customer service is fantastic. The platform is always reliable, and the customer service reps are always helping with suggestions on how to improve campaign performance (they are also very easy to reach). Their analytics are easy to follow and show exactly how each campaign is doing. We are a large company that sends over 100 SMS message a month, and have always had great results. Would definitely recommend Emotive to anyone who wants to increase their SMS campaign ROI.

We tried out several smaller platforms and and one larger SMS service before finding Emotive (somehow). It's been great so far. The platform is built out with every feature in mind, and the customer success team is a huge perk. The sales team was also very knowledgable and helpful with the onboarding. Our revenue from SMS has gone up literally 15x since switching from that larger platform to Emotive. Highly recommend If you're a small brand looking to scale up your SMS. It's worth the investment in my eyes

Emotive is absolutely the best SMS platform that there is. I have tried basically all of them and this has been my favorite. Two-way messaging was essential and their UI is fantastic. Also, they have a great CS team that is always there to help me. I can customize the workflows easily and it integrates so well with Shopify.

Here have been our pros and cons of Emotive: Pros: Great customer service and representative team- every member I've worked with on our service has been fantastic. The service is robust with good analytics and best case studies. However, getting customers phone numbers can prove challenging and there needs to be specific consideration to your strategy of how you will do so. It is probably the best text tool available on the market at this time, and they have a good ROAs return rate, assuming you have new customers and phone numbers collecting at all times. They paired us up with a similar company to review what they were doing which was a fantastic aid. Cons: You cannot leave their contract and are essentially signing onto a year-long contract. Currently there are more companies doing this type of advertising and customers are more likely to unsubscribe as opposed to email. We've had several customers be disappointed that they could not call us, or had to explain why we had an American # when we are based in Canada. Overall, we would recommend them but be aware you are signing up for a year long term and will need strategy on new customer acquisition and for ways to collect phone numbers, which isn't always easiest at times. However, their team has been very helpful.

I have been working with Emotive for a few years by now. Tried a different company but the results were not good and the customer service was bad. Decided to go back to Emotive and have been working with Ian. She is a very responsible, creative, responsive, and reliable person to work with. Results are good and will continue to work with her and Emotive as long as the results are there and sales improve.

The customer service is great. They helped me get all the important things set up during the trial period. They were willing to accommodate for my seasonal business and gave me a discount and support even though I wasn't able to sign a year contract. It is easy to set up flows to reach customers with relevant messages. It integrates well with Shopify.
