I came across Blotout through an Email Marketing and connected with the founder Mandar. Managed to speak to him and then connected with his team to get into onboarding. His support team Priyanjana and Aparimit is super helpful and have helped me connect and disconnect(from other sources) patiently. We saw better results with Blotout and we are sticking with it. We never got properly onboarded. Initial call was great but we must of got lost in their slack. Not sure if we have been getting charged for the app too? Would appreciate a refund if so.

Tried to use. Couldn't integrate as it wouldn't populate the DNS record. I had this error shown. We're on Hydrogen so I assumed there was some integration issue but couldn't get past this step. Reached out to support 5 days ago to no avail. "Adding DNS records is crucial for pixel to work as first-party. Pixel will not work without DNS set up."

Love the app. Helped us to turn things around with Meta during instability issues. The team is super responsive and helpful.
