As a new user I've had to utilize the Live Chat/Customer Service option on more than one occasion. Anna assisted me with my many questions. She not only answered them quickly, she sent links to a tutorial for any future follow-up questions or concerns I had. She was very professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. Would highly recommend using Live Chat if you ever need to.

This app gives me a lot support in building pages, the functions are designed well to use, you could easily drag elements and just adjust more as you like. Love the flexibility and aesthetic improvement we get from this app. There's a bit of a learning curve around how the stuff made in ecomposer works together with our Shopify theme, especially with theme updates. But once we figured out some of the quirks we've found the app to be reliable. The customer service team has been responsive and knowledgeable.
