I just downloaded this app and amazed at how customizable it is. I was having difficulty with a couple things and remembered there was a chat feature. Considering it's late (going on 2am EST) I did not expect anyone to respond. However, to my surprise, Susan came on with such a positive and willing to help attitude. She provided screenshots to help me with my hiccups and just made customizing my website very easy to understand and accomplish. Thanks to Susan I can rest assured things are flowing well and I now have what I need to continue to customize my site!Thanks again Susan! I wish I had access to her specifically each time. Love the rapport we built so quickly!

I would like to mention the most important thing - support. The team is available to help resolve different issues 24/7. If you want to extend beyond the general theme, it's an excellent solution. Love it! Easy to build landing pages. I had a small problem, which I couldn't fix on my own. So I asked the support for help and they helped me immediatly. Also they were very patient, as I'm not very skilled with programms. :D
