Susan is a great partner. She helped me achieve the effect I wanted on EC by modifying the code. However, some other human support replied that it could not be achieved by code, so Susan is a very capable person. EC is still very convenient for customizing website templates, and the desired effect can be achieved through code.

If you're coming from WordPress, it's similar to Elementor in terms of its many possibilities. The last time I had an issue, I reached out to support and Jade quickly solved my problem.
