This is our second store using QB Desktop Sync and it does everything we need it to do. Having inventory and orders automatically sync and download to Quickbooks saves time and improves workflow. On top of that customer support has always been incredibly helpful with setup or with any questions that may pop up.

Webgility QB Desktop Sync has been a lifesaver! It is the only product we were able to find that successfully and easily synced Shopify to Quickbooks. There is so much functionality! It really seems they thought of everything! The customer support team has been great. We ran in to a strange IT issues getting the initial software downloaded and they were persistent and effective in getting it resolved. The onboarding process is very thorough and necessary to get everything set up. Prerit has been so patient and helpful in teaching me how everything works. Webgility works really well with QuickBooks. I am able to pull in all the needed info from my shopify store.
