Satisfies all needs around automatically recording sales transactions in Quickbooks. The frequent and quick syncs also aid in updating transactions efficiently.

I have Webgility working on five stores. I have been using Webgility for 11 years, most recently in the last two months I have added my Shopify cart to Webgility as well. After a large Quickbooks crash in which I needed to repopulate all of my orders for three months, I would not have been able to do it without Webgility.

Support has been very good so far. Have not had a chance to try it out yet as the configuration is still a work in progress.

Faizan Sheikh is a pro; he has covered all aspects of Webgility during a series of onboarding calls. Webgility has much more functionality than I had expected and addresses a few issues that Shopify didn't have an option for. For instance, partial quantities. We sell products that can be sold in 0.5 quantities, and Webgility has a quantity and weight mapping function. It also made it very easy to map all products from Shopify to QuickBooks. I'm very impressed and would recommend this app to anyone who needs to sync Shopify with QuickBooks.

Works great with Quickbooks Enterprise, we post the sales receipts consolidated to match deposits and not overburden QB with too many sales receipts. I wished Webgility for QB Online worked the same, but consolidation only works with automation in that version and therefore does not line up with deposits. It needs a manual consolidation option like desktop.
