Webgility works really well with QuickBooks. I am able to pull in all the needed info from my shopify store. Any time I have a question or issue customer support and technical support are always easily available and stay with my until all my issues are resolved. As a user of Webgility for the past 5-6 years, I find that the improvements in the current version have made the familiar processes more concise and accurate. I have had to re-implement Webgility from scratch after the old retail store closed and the old server gave up the ghost. The back end service is so quick and friendly. I don't have much time to spend on this type of integration and Faizan made it easy.
