This app is versatile in many ways. It takes a while to get used to but the support is helpful and walks you through each step. I highly reccomend that you use this app and ask for the help of the support team as soon as possible if you are new here. They will make it many times easier.

Having searched and tried other Apps to publish, integrate and manage my Shopify listings to eBay I was about to give up. They all had issues, expensive and not very easy to use. Then I found eBay Integration by DPL and it is amazing. It does exactly what I need, it is easy to use and very cost effective. Having used support a couple of times I have to say that on both occasions the response time was so quick and the solution and help was wonderful. Very impressive Keep up the great work Paul

Just we aware that this app does not support variations in eBay Motors. It claims to have eBay Motors support but one of the major limitations with the system is that they do not allow variants. Even Google Shopping feeds take the variant name and sku and append it to the end of the title to make them unique. This system also does not allow you to use the Shopify SKU as the MPN in eBay which is a big deal when people search for parts. I have the inventory syncing with Shopify which is a huge help but the rest of the features I cannot use.

So far a good experience with installation and setup, also great customer support options for any questions I have had.

Very impressed with their customer service. Not only did they hop on chat right away but then offered a meeting via Google Meet to share screens to help me overcome an obstacle with set up. It was quick and easy to fix and then they offered me a credit for a few months that i had the application installed but did not use it. I would consider that above and beyond. Pluse now that its working for me its very impressive, fast and efficient way to add my shopify catalog to Ebay. I'm a fan.

We've had a really excellent experience with DPL. The tools are efficient, easily adapted, and when we hit a wall, the agents were knowledgeable and solved our issues. We rely on eBay for a good portion of our business and the DPL app enables Shopify and eBay to work together. We're really happy with the service.

This app is fantastic! I was really impressed by the support and assistance provided, as well as how the app functions. I particularly appreciated learning about the single source of truth within the application’s functionality.

We are a small business with plenty of various items. Majority of the time we spent recently on uploading products on different accounts (EBAY, Shopify) we had to double handling the work. This app reduced the time of uploading the products drastically. We are still new to it although it seems we will stay longer with this product. Additionally customer service was really supportive as initially we struggled to set up connection - which ultimately was due to us incorrectly setting up the account. so far we recommend thank you

i absolutely love this app it is easy to navigate and the customer service was outstanding and help me when i was having trouble.

Since Shopify pulled the plug on ebay intergration the first app I tried was useless, wasn't syncing properly 3 months later if at all. I have been using this app now for a few days and was realtively simple to set up the intergration - I did have a little grief getting the 15 existing listings to sync so decided just to end those on ebay starting a clean slate putting the products from shopify to ebay. So far so good, orders come through quickly. The only thing I know they are looking at is VAT sync, for me I sell both 20% and Zero rated and I do sell internationally so i did have to edit the vat rate in ebay after the upload - easy to do in bulk editor but I have been told its in hand. Overall a great app and great chat support

Kusum IS BY FAR THE BEST HELP I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY YEARS OF LIFE! SHE IS SOOOO SMART AND FIGURED MY PROBLEM OUT SO FAST. BECAUSE OF HER I AM STAYING WITH THIS APP! And the app is good too! Not great for me - This product will import all products from shopify including archived products and products not live on the website making it really hard to use. There is a chat support feature but no-one is there to speak to you so all in all not a great service for me.

Works great for my Card Shop! I bulk upload everything on eBay and then import all my new listing into my Shopify store. The inventory syncing between both stores is pretty much everything I could ask for! I can’t wait to see what else comes out in future updates!
