Eine sehr gute App. Genau so hatte ich es mir vorgestellt. Alle Daten werden zügig Verarbeitet, beziehungsweise importiert oder exportiert. Der Support ist der Wahnsinn, Jederzeit erreichbar und innerhalb von Wenigen Minuten Ist jemand da. ( Teilweise auch Sonntags ) Ich bin mehr als nur zufrieden. Ich habe viele Jahre nach solch einer App gesucht, und bin fast verzweifelt………. Diese App ist ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert, wenn man bedenkt, wie viel Arbeit man sich erspart…….. Good app for my intended use and purpose of importing. You will still have to edit because it is not one for one like the marketplace, but it beats completely doing it manually. -Ryan

Hem was fantastic during onboarding, making the process very easy. The app is efficient for importing items and syncing sales across platforms. However, there's a critical issue with eBay templates. The app doesn't correctly process them, which is a significant problem if you rely on custom store designs. The developers acknowledge the problem but have offered no clear solution or timeline for resolution. We've successfully used Lionz and Tuecas apps, which handled eBay templates without issues. While the app's core functionalities are excellent, the template issue makes it unsuitable for users with custom eBay store designs.

Tricky navigating words for first time sellers and knowing what things mean but once all boxes ticked the integration process to ebay was easy. Quick customer service also.

Hem was great walked us through it with ease. Just waiting on a slight adjustment to be made at this moment as it does not seem to play nice with our ebay template but they have assured us it will be corrected i will update in due course.

Fantastic app, quick to upload and you can upload a few at a time which helps you do what you want with the listings without getting swamped. Great in-app chat service as well with fast answers to all your questions.

So far so good! We have been receiving great help and service via chat, which is a major plus as we have 4000+ listings. Looking forward to leaving a more thorough review once we have been using it for a least a full month.
