The app generally works ok, but there are several ways you can trip up with things going out of sync, and if you have a lot of products it is not easy to determine if there are any listings with issues, until it is too late. The support team however are great and have always been able to guide me to resolve issues.

Pretty good app considering the price, could do with a couple more features like converting variants to products in eBay. Support has been great when I've needed it.

I had a call at 745pm and no one showed up. They are supposed to automatic ny ebay but no one showed up on the call. I am oaying $19.99 for this. I am going to cancel it the call was great service

This is the second DPL App I have downloaded, and once again it's excellent in it's simplicity to use. You have complete control, and like other apps this one allows you to use the "continue to sell when out of stock" feature in Shopify, because it actually lists it as out of stock on Ebay, that keeps EBay happy. The staff are also very helpful, can't fault them.

This is the app you have been looking for! We have been selling on eBay for 20+ years and using Shopify as our POS for over 5. We were reluctant to try and list everything both places because of the hours it would take to double list. LOOK NO FURTHER! This app will take your eBay listings and migrate them to shopify QUICKLY and with no problems! W can sync as often as we need and it's the best thing! We love this app and hope that more people will start using it!

Hem was a huge help in fixing an issue I had with Shopify. Thank goodness as shopify lost connection with a huge number of my images. Hem was able to grab those images from my eBay store and load them back into my shopify store. So I did lose a lot of archival images for products I had sold, I was panicked at the thought I might have to retake 1000's of images weeks before the holiday sales started! Thank Hem for everything!

Very qualified and prompt support. I had been struggling with a few products stuck in the pool. They just kept reappearing on eBay despite the fact I had delisted them.
