eBay Integration DPL has been the best syncing solution I have used out of several I have tried. The setup is straightforward and the sync feels smooth and reliable. So far the app is working well. There are a few things that I was told are being added that will help make the app work even better, but overall I'm satisfied so far. The customer support rep I worked with, Hem, was very helpful.

Wanted to know if they done a combined app with eBay and Etsy but unfortunately not however they did offer me 90 days free for one of the apps. Hem was so helpful and I can only have good words for this app as it is easy to use and the service is great.

We've been using the app for a few months and it fulfils our key needs, most notable is the synchronisation of orders and tracking info between eBay and Shopify. As we scale, this is going to be an exceptional amount of time saved. Hem has been great help when we've had issues configuring profiles.

It works very well. There are some options they need to add but overall it makes it easy to list on ebay. Romex provided me with excellent support on 1/13/2026

Account suspended first I initiated listing. All legal data provided all policies followed, I wasn`t even provided with a reason for suspension.

Just installed the app. Was able to immediately speak with Shreya and was able to get the app synced to my existing eBay and Shopify stores. This app is going to save me so much time and hassle with independently operating 2 accounts. Now everything is synced into one. Thank you to DPL for this and the awesome customer support!
