Very bad experience. Unfair billing and no support. I had a very bad experience with this Facebook Pixels & CAPI app. I uninstalled the app before the free trial ended, and I never used the app at all because it does not work in my region. Despite this, the app still tried to charge me a subscription fee, which is completely unfair. I did not receive any value or service from this app. The biggest problem is that there is no clear or easy way to contact support, which makes the situation even worse. Charging users after uninstalling during a free trial is unacceptable. I am requesting that the developer contact me immediately to resolve this issue and stop any billing. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

Useless. Used it with their Easy Ads app..I realized that website pixel does not work, so facebook ad spend goes out of bound without any results.. Poor app Easy Ads app . Also customer service answer after 2 days

Fake Fake Fake this app does not work - it make me lose me INR-5,00,000 after install this app my website does not show the Pixel. After uninstall this app it works fine. The App is worst.

Not tracking sales. Even it's well configured after hours, happens many times with few stores, it's not reliable from my pov, since we can't contact the support for this major issue... Definitely tired to try to find a solution ... If support can help us and find a solution or will uninstall for another better app...
