Frustrating Experience with Cash on Delivery App I had a very disappointing experience with this app. The service is unreliable—several of my orders were automatically canceled without any explanation. It's especially frustrating for users in Asian countries since customer service only operates during European working hours. If you encounter any issues, be prepared to wait up to two days for a resolution. Overall, this app is not useful for those in Asia. I wouldn’t recommend it!

If there would have been a 0 start rating would have done it. They change my form language from English to other...which my customers and I cant understand and read. They mismanaged my prepaid and cod button on the cart page. They are not helping just messing up the things, Ogi from their team is doing such a mess
