This app is not blocking any country and is completely useless. I am getting direct spam traffic from Singapore and Venezuela. After trying to block these countries, it failed completely. I hate this app—it just wants access to your personal data and nothing else. Singapore traffic is directly attacking my product pages, and Venezuela traffic is going directly to checkout, so not a single visitor is blocked. I waited a few days, thinking maybe the app needed time to understand the traffic, but there was still no improvement. I’m going to uninstall it.

No country blocked working and crap app/ I am getting dirrect spams traffic from Singapore and after blocking this country its completely failed to work. Not even other app blackfly so I hate these apps just want access on your personal data and nothing else

Péssimo, os bloqueios simplesmente não funcionam, continuaram acessando a loja e fazendo pedidos fraudulentos. Cancelei a assinatura no ultimo dia de teste, ainda assim veio a cobrança da mensalidade na minha fatura. já tentei pedir o ressarcimento do valor pago algumas vezes mas não resolvem nada!

Horrible App and customer service is no help at all... Customer service doesn't help. they ignore your messages. Also... this app doesn't work at all. I had blocked a certain country, and yet I still got multiple fraud orders from that country that I blocked. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Customer service was helpful but the app simply didn't work. I initially contacted to see if my app was properly embedded because I couldn't even block my own IP address. After much back and forth it was discovered my devices are sending an ipv6 address. However I put in both the ipv6 and ipv4 ip addresses to test this app on not only my own ip but another many states away within the same country. I was suggested to upgrade twice within the troubleshooting. But it did not work. I have to leave a low review as I was asked multiple times to leave a review yet my issue was not resolved.

blocks everythig guuess it does keep bots out even blocked me from the website . if it blocks all traffic wjhat is the point of having a website
