Will never suggest this app. Not worthy. The bulk uploads just do not work right. We have utter disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of resolution for the bulk attachment import issues we have been experiencing. We tried communication with Easify team for a considerable amount of time, yet we have not received a concrete solution. The responses often consist of vague automated/bot generated replies or links to general articles, which have not helped us successfully resolve our problem. We have over 4,000+ attachments that need to be linked to products on our website, but despite multiple attempts, multiple mails. We have been unable to complete the bulk upload process successfully. This ongoing failure to link these important documents is now critically impacting our website's functionality. We kept requesting for proper support and focus on solving this issue as quickly as possible. But were handed automated/bot generated responses.

The app is not functioning! Although support has assisted me, the same problem persists repeatedly. I have now uninstalled the app.

Excellent app. We found it to be a very useful tool, and the customer support is top notch! I had a problem with my attachments not showing and they fixed it right away!

Installed and up and running in a few moments, Lich helped me resize the text and change the titles to customise to my store, love it so far! just hope it stays Free!

Easify product attachments works for us as intended - We can easily transfer a pdf instructions to our shopify page for our clients. One thing which is missing for us is a possibility to manipulate with more than 10 attachments at once, we got told that it might be fixed in the future

App works as intended - is inexpensive - and their support has helped me twice, quickly and without trouble. Would recommend.

Good easy to use app and support (Clove) was very helpful and made the changes we wanted very quickly.

I've been using this app for nearly a year and it is one of my favourites, its really helped with our website as we have lots of manuals and data sheets. Had our first glitch today with the new update but Mari from support fixed it in minutes and had us back up and running almost immediately. I'm very impressed with their high level of service and their brilliant app.

The app is super easy to use, and customer support is quick to respond and resolve any issues. I had no trouble uploading user manuals and linking them to products, but when the manuals were not appearing in product pages, Charles took excellent care of me and helped get the user manuals to appear with the products. Highly recommend Easify!

Immediately impressed. Super easy to use. Set up in seconds. Customer support responded in seconds, WOW! The only thing I wanted adjusted was the title size, and they are already straight onto it. This is a huge help to my store, i am very thankful.

Just started using the app and i was struggling with implementing it onto my online store, Clove from support was helpful in resolving this issue.

We have been using Easify Product Attachments and are very satisfied with the app. Works great and recently when Shopify did thei Summer 2025 update, it seems to have caused issues for several apps but Violette and the team at Easify had it fixed in no time! very satisfied with the app and the support.
