I’ve been using Easify for a little while now, and it’s honestly been a great addition to our store. The app is straightforward, does exactly what it promises, and it saved us time right from the start. What I appreciated most was the support team — they were genuinely helpful, quick to respond, and patient with all my questions. It’s rare to get that level of support these days. Overall, a really solid app and a very positive experience.

Will never suggest this app. Not worthy. The bulk uploads just do not work right. We have utter disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of resolution for the bulk attachment import issues we have been experiencing. We tried communication with Easify team for a considerable amount of time, yet we have not received a concrete solution. The responses often consist of vague automated/bot generated replies or links to general articles, which have not helped us successfully resolve our problem. We have over 4,000+ attachments that need to be linked to products on our website, but despite multiple attempts, multiple mails. We have been unable to complete the bulk upload process successfully. This ongoing failure to link these important documents is now critically impacting our website's functionality. We kept requesting for proper support and focus on solving this issue as quickly as possible. But were handed automated/bot generated responses.

The app is not functioning! Although support has assisted me, the same problem persists repeatedly. I have now uninstalled the app.

Easify product attachments works for us as intended - We can easily transfer a pdf instructions to our shopify page for our clients. One thing which is missing for us is a possibility to manipulate with more than 10 attachments at once, we got told that it might be fixed in the future

App works as intended - is inexpensive - and their support has helped me twice, quickly and without trouble. Would recommend.
