The support was wonderful, as I am not tech savvy so he really had to hand hold me. He remembered me when I popped back up after a few weeks! I would suggest putting a limit for items that are free (example, we wanted to offer 2 free books, and we can't sell them, so they are already free, but wanted it as a popup only). Overall, cool free app with good support!

Loved it! Very easy to install Upsell pop up app. I found the user experience better than most others in the pop up / cross sell space. I've also installed others from Easy Apps and had good customer service. Would recommend :)
